Jess graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in Music Education and is a certified music educator in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Over the past few school years, she has taught band, orchestra, choir, and general music in various K-12 settings. Jess is a passionate teacher who cares deeply about her students and loves to help them discover their own passion for music. Her approach to teaching involves using a blend of music that builds technical skills and music that her students choose to learn. She believes that students learn best when they enjoy the music they are playing. In addition to teaching at PMA, you will also find Jess behind the desk as our administrative manager during most of our open hours!
