Jack-Matt Norton studied both classical and jazz at Rowan University with a focus on Upright Bass performance. A truly versatile musician, In addition to his knowledge of Jazz and Classical music, Jack-Matt has performed in various rock bands and jazz groups ranging from progressive heavy metal to jazz trios. In addition to teaching multiple instruments at Pinelands Music Academy, Jack-Matt also has been coaching our Rock Band ensembles on songs and performance skills since PMA’s founding.
